Help My Mom Fight Multiple Myeloma with Lifesaving Treatment
Hi, my name is Elizabeth, and I’m humbly reaching out to ask for your support for someone very dear to me — my amazing mom, Domitilla. She’s 79 years old, full of life, and has spent her entire life giving back to others and uplifting her community. Now, in one of her most difficult battles, she needs her community’s support in return.
In 2022, my mom was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a rare and aggressive type of blood cancer. Since then, she’s faced each day with courage, faith, and a fighting spirit. Recently, her doctors recommended a promising new treatment — Daratumumab — which offers real hope to improve her health and quality of life.
Unfortunately, this medication is extremely expensive and not readily available in Kenya. To move forward with this treatment, we need to import it from abroad — a cost that has become an overwhelming burden on our family.
That’s why we’re asking for your help to raise $200,000 to cover the cost of this lifesaving treatment, its importation, and ongoing care. Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us closer to giving my mom a chance at recovery, more time with her loved ones, and the life she so greatly deserves.
If you can give, we are deeply grateful. If you are unable to donate at this time, we will appreciate sharing this campaign with your friends and networks. Your support, prayers, and kindness mean the world to us.
Thank you for standing with us during this time.
