On April 3rd, Dominique was involved in a devastating accident that has changed her life in an instant. While resting in the back seat of a friend’s SUV, they were struck from behind by a drunk driver.

As a result of the crash, Dominque currently has no feeling from the chest down. While the full extent of her injuries is still unknown as doctors wait for swelling to subside, we are holding onto hope and believing in her strength, resilience, and the power of healing.

In the midst of this unimaginable time, there have already been signs of grace and provision. Dominque is scheduled to be airlifted on April 14th to the Shepherd Center in Atlanta—one of the top rehabilitation facilities in the country for spinal cord injuries. This is a huge step forward in giving her the best possible care and chance at recovery.
