My name is Dominique, and I am currently facing one of the toughest battles of my life. I have been diagnosed with stage 4 testicular cancer and am undergoing several rounds of chemotherapy. This journey has been overwhelming, both physically and emotionally, but I am doing my best to stay strong and hopeful each day, especially for my 5-year-old daughter, Gianna.

Caring for Gianna while managing my treatments has added another layer of challenge, but she is my greatest motivation to keep fighting. The treatments are intense and have made it difficult for me to keep up with work and daily responsibilities. As I focus on my health and on being there for Gianna, the financial burden has become increasingly difficult to manage. The costs of medical bills, medications, and daily living expenses are adding up quickly, and it’s hard to keep up with everything on my own. I am reaching out to my community for support during this challenging time, as every bit of help makes a difference.
