Help Dominic Represent Wisconsin at FCCLA Nationals!

Hi, my name is Dominic Jacobson, and I’m reaching out to ask for your support as I work toward attending the 2025 Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida this July.

This past year, I worked hard to establish a brand-new FCCLA chapter at Verona Area High School. Along the way, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to serve on the Wisconsin State Executive Council. Just recently, I was honored to be selected as Wisconsin’s Vice President of Competitive Events for the upcoming school year.

Attending the National Leadership Conference would help me prepare for this important new role by giving me training, leadership development, and real-world experience. I’ll attend workshops led by national experts in fields like communications, education, marketing, and culinary arts. I’ll also be able to participate in hands-on sessions to help build skills that connect directly to my current job as a Dietary Aide in a healthcare setting.

More importantly, what I learn at NLC won’t stop with me. I plan to bring new ideas, strategies, and energy back to my school, my FCCLA chapter, and the entire Wisconsin FCCLA community. This experience will help me mentor others, organize successful competitive events, and hopefully inspire more students to find their own paths in leadership and career development.

Any contribution you are able to make, big or small, will help me get one step closer to achieving this goal. Your support would mean the world to me as I take this next step toward leadership, career growth, and giving back to my community.
