Hi everyone, Paul here. I’m putting this fundraiser together for Domenico & his family! Domenico urgently need a kidney transplant. As many of you know, I was saved by a kidney transplant 14 months ago. It is time to help our warrior & his family out!
Domenico, on April 4, was diagnosed with FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis). He is only 15 years old & is on Peritoneal dialysis Any donation helps with bills & medical expenses
