On June 18th, Jenna said this about me:
“This red-headed evil b**ch ain’t ever asked me to stop—she demanded it. Stop speaking my opinion? How about NO. Lmao. So let’s attack all her friends, her kids and EVERYONE she loves.”
Today, a Washington civil protection order was entered in my favor. Under this order:
- Jenna is barred from contacting me or my children in any way—online, in person, by phone or mail.
- She must remove all existing social-media posts referencing or threatening me, and refrain from making any new posts about me.
- She is required to treat us “as if we do not exist”—no comments, no allusions, no tags—for at least one year.
- Violations may result in contempt of court, fines, or even arrest.
To reach this point, I paid a $55 filing fee out of pocket, invested countless hours preparing both the temporary and permanent orders, and covered service fees of $15 and $45.
Your support on this GoFundMe will help me recoup those costs—but more importantly, it’s a stand against the dangerous notion that defamation or threats can be hidden behind “opinion,” the First Amendment, or “fair use.” Thank you for standing with my family and me in demanding accountability, safety, and respect.
Any donations beyond my $100 in legal fees will be donated to the Lewis River Mobile Food Bank, a 501(c)(3) organization serving our rural community since 2009. They provide food and essential resources—and educate families on SNAP enrollment, legal aid, and health-insurance options.
Why I’m Raising Funds

Why I'm Doing This

Erodes Accountability
Allowing someone to weaponize social media without pushback undermines the principle that words carry weight—and that false, harmful statements must be corrected or retracted.

By standing up now, we send a signal to Jenna—and anyone else who thinks they can defame or threaten someone online—that there will be real legal and social consequences. This isn’t just my fight; it’s a fight for everyone who values truth, safety, and accountability.
