Support DNay's Fight Against Kidney Failure

Hello everyone,

I am DeQuaintanse, but known as DNay or Dee. I am 27 years old and a single mom of a handsome 4-year-old little boy. I have been fighting with my kidneys since 2021 when I was pregnant with my son. In June of 2021, I had my son and found out I had kidney disease 3A/3B. As the months went by, I eventually saw a nephrologist, and they did a biopsy, but they couldn’t find the cause of my kidneys failing.

Fast forward to July 2023, I was rushed to the hospital due to severe abdominal pain. When I made it to the ER, I told them my problems, and they did an ultrasound on my stomach to find out I was about to have a baby. From December 2022 until July 2023, I was misdiagnosed by my primary doctor, who told me it was my kidneys failing, and the whole time I was pregnant. I ended up having a stillborn daughter, carried her the whole 9 months, and she died at 7 months. After I had her, it caused me to lose a lot of blood, which required a blood transfusion, and she also put me at stage 5 kidney failure. My kidney function went from 35% to 15%.

Fast forward to a year later, July 2024, my kidney function dropped to 6%, where I had to start dialysis. I have currently been on dialysis for 10 months now, and now I’m asking for help to cover the cost of traveling to and from appointments, hotel stays, medical bills, lifetime medications, and personal bills. My blood type is O+ if there’s anyone reading and is interested in donating.
