We are posting this as an update about one of our Eventscape team members, Dmytro Kushniruk. Dmytro is a talented welder and skilled artist from our Torlake team. Dmytro joined Eventscape shortly after arriving in Canada from Ukraine in 2022, seeking a better future for himself and his family. Since then, he has become an invaluable member of our team and community.

A couple of weeks ago, Dmytro faced a serious medical emergency that led to the amputation of his left leg above the knee. He is currently in the hospital, recovering and awaiting a prosthetic fitting. Despite these challenging circumstances, he remains resilient and determined to heal and provide for his family.

Eventscape is committed to doing everything we can to support Dmytro and ease his financial burden during this difficult time. However, we recognize that the road ahead will be challenging, especially with his inability to work for an extended period and young children depending on him.

Some of the Eventscape team have expressed a desire to provide additional financial support to Dmytro. For those who wish to contribute, we have set up a Go Fund Me page to collect donations.

Any contribution, big or small, will make a meaningful difference in Dmytro’s recovery journey and will help cover expenses and provide support for his family.
