Hi everyone,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for help for our mom, Dlainia, who was recently diagnosed with Lung Cancer and Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer that has spread to her hip.

This diagnosis has completely changed our lives overnight, as she is now facing a long and difficult journey of ongoing cancer treatments, surgeries, and medical care. Because of the severity of her condition, she will be on treatment indefinitely and is currently unable to work. This has created a sudden and overwhelming financial burden on top of everything she is physically and emotionally going through.

Our goal is to help ease some of that burden so she can focus fully on fighting this disease without the constant stress of medical bills, household expenses, and the costs of treatment that insurance may not fully cover.

Our mom is one of the kindest, most caring, and funniest people you could ever meet. She has a way of making everyone feel special and loved. Anyone who knows her will tell you she lights up every room she walks into. She’s always been the person who shows up for others without hesitation. Now, she needs that same love and support returned to her.

We are hoping to raise funds to help cover:

•Cancer treatments and medications

•Surgeries and hospital visits

•Travel costs for appointments

•Daily living expenses while she is unable to work

•Any additional care needs that come with her treatment journey

This is a long road ahead, but we are holding onto hope. With the right care, support, and continued treatment, we believe she can keep fighting this.
