The MLT MBA Prep Class of 2026 Fundraising Committee is excited to share that our class is coming together to support the Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) MBA Prep program. This initiative plays a critical role in advancing MLT’s mission to help diverse talent access opportunities across finance, consulting, and technology. With your support, we aim to give back to a community that has been instrumental in our journeys.

For over 20 years, MLT has empowered more than 15,000 individuals to build meaningful careers while helping shape more inclusive workplaces. We believe deeply in its mission to create pathways for talented professionals from underrepresented backgrounds, and we are committed to expanding that impact for future leaders.

Together, we can drive meaningful change and help ensure that ambitious individuals have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed. This year, our goal is $10,000. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer.
