Help this displaced farmer get urgent medical care

A goat and sheep farmer, displaced by war, lives in a camp with his family. He suffers from continuous gastric pain. He needs a complete medical exam (endoscopy) and ongoing medical support. While he suffers from digestive problems, his children and grandchildren also need ongoing support for food and school supplies. Please help give this family comfort and hope for their future. Their long-term hope is to rebuild their home and get animals again.
