Support Disabled Veteran Tyler Pantzlaff's Recovery

Hello, my name is Tyler Pantzlaff. I am a disabled veteran; I served 6 years in the Air Force. Last year, due to complications after a procedure to my spine, I have been unable to work. Unfortunately, I am only 40% service-connected, which is only $750 a month. I ended up going through bankruptcy; I lost my home, my car, everything. After 5 tries and just recently being denied again with the VA claims, I am still trying my hardest to live on $750 a month. I applied for social security last year and still have heard nothing.

The reason I am starting a GoFundMe is because the only vehicle I have is falling apart. it's a salvaged Jeep and many things are falling apart. I can't afford another vehicle; I can barely take care of my dog, let alone myself. I am in desperate need of help. Due to injuries from the military, I can't get in and out of a regular car; I can't even get in and out of the Jeep well due to the narrow doors and height of the vehicle. I have to try and get a reliable vehicle like a Chevy Equinox so I can get to and from all my doctor's appointments. Any extra funds would help me get things I need like clothing and so on, as I have been without my own place or home now for over a year and a half. I have tried working with a caseworker but to no avail. I hate asking for help; it's not how I was raised, it's not who I am, but I am desperate at this point. I don't know how much longer I can go on struggling.
