Support disabled union leader fired by Starbucks

Donation protected
Billie is a disabled worker who has been unfairly fired by Starbucks. Please donate to help them while they fight for their job back and for justice in their workplace.. Billie states: “I was raised rural southern so asking for help isn’t exactly my strong suit.”

“I was born with congenital heart defects. If I had 30 minutes alone in a room with Howard Schultz I would say look at me, I've undergone 3 open-heart surgeries but fighting your union-busting has been harder than any of that ever was."

Billie worked for Starbucks for about 3 years as a Shift Lead. Send a message to CEO Howard Schutz that you stand by Billie while Shultz attempts to crush their union. Billie is the lead organizer of the first Starbucks store in Louisiana to form a union. They won their election 11-1, but Starbucks doesn’t respect democracy -- they try to break democracy. “We are just trying to get an equal voice because the way it stands, corporate can do whatever they want and fire whoever they want, which is what they did to me. Thank you for the support.”
