Our community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 13-year-old Carter Fuller, who tragically lost his life today in a quad accident on Skyway.
No parent should ever have to endure the unimaginable pain of losing a child.
Our hearts are with Carter's mother, Dionna Fuller, his father, Doug Strongheart, and all of his family, friends, and loved ones as they navigate this devastating loss.
With the permission of Carter's mother, Dionna Fuller, a GoFundMe has been established to help support her and the family with funeral expenses and other immediate needs during this incredibly difficult time.
If you are able, please consider making a donation. If donating is not possible, sharing this post and keeping Dionna, her family, and everyone who loved Carter in your thoughts and prayers is equally appreciated.
Every donation, share, and kind message provides comfort and support when it is needed most.
For those who would prefer to donate directly, Dionna has set up her Venmo. @AWDthis as GoFundMe distributions can take time to process.
If you would prefer to donate by cash or check, please contact Joelle Carr or Mindy Wilkey and arrangements can be made. All donations received through these methods will also go directly to Dionna and her family.
In honor of Carter and to further support his family, memorial T-shirts and hats are currently being designed. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go directly to Dionna and her family. Design previews, ordering information, and purchase details will be shared as soon as they become available.
Information regarding a celebration of life and any additional memorial events or gatherings will be shared as plans are finalized. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
On behalf of Dionna and her family, thank you to everyone who has already reached out, shared memories, offered support, and contributed during this incredibly difficult time. Your kindness, generosity, and prayers mean more than words can express.
Please keep Dionna, Doug, their families, and everyone who loved Carter in your hearts during this difficult time.
