Hello, my name is Cynthia Rusnak and I am the youngest sister of Dindo Rieta. As most of you know, Dindo followed his dream of moving back to the Philippines to pursue his career in art. He sold many of his works both privately and in Art Shows. He has always been someone who gives freely—offering kindness, support, and help to those around him without hesitation. Now, in this challenging chapter of his life, we humbly ask for your help in return.

On July 27th, Dindo suffered a major stroke. He spent 4 days in ICU and several more in hospital prior to being discharged on Aug 8 and reunited with his dog, Charlie!. The result of the stroke has left Dindo with loss of function and verbal communication. Though his recovery is slowly progressing, he will require extensive and costly rehabilitation—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, along with home care. We kindly ask for your support with these expenses and are truly grateful for any help—be it a donation, a prayer, or simply sharing this with others. Every gesture would make a huge difference.

Our greatest hope is to see Dindo brought back to as close to his previous ‘normal’ and begin once again, the creation of his beautiful art. Thank you from the bottom or our hearts.
