Hi everyone. We've tried to keep our struggle within the family because we've never been one to ask for help nor needed to, but we're asking now. Anyone who knows our mom knows that she's a workaholic, and that's one of the things we love about her. She's always loved working. Retiring was probably her worst nightmare. Up until now at least. Well, her health took a turn a couple of months ago. What started out as Stage 1 Breast Cancer quickly turned into Stage 4 Triple Negative Metastatic Breast Cancer. For those of you who are unfamiliar with what that is, I thank God for that. Needless to say, she is no longer able to work and has been living off of her life savings. The costs of all her MRIs, CAT scan, bone scans, biopsies, surgery, radiation, chemotherapy sessions of her back and brain and others have been expensive. We don't want finances to get in the way of our mom fighting for her life. It's a huge burden that we never saw coming. We will spend every nickel and dime if we have to, but we're afraid it probably still won't be enough. So, we're asking for donations to assist with her medical expenses, so we can focus on her health. Please spread the word. Anything will help, and we highly welcome prayers.
