Support Dimitri's Top Surgery Journey

Hi, I'm Dimitri, an 18-year-old transman. I began transitioning when I was 13 and started testosterone when I was 16. Now, I finally got approved for top surgery and found a good surgeon! But, insurance doesn't cover much. I work a full-time job as a server at a retirement home and even with much money saved, I still will be unable to afford top surgery.
