My name is Wilfano, and I am reaching out on behalf of my family after the tragic loss of my sister, Dilma Bamaca. On March 2, Dilma’s life was taken by domestic violence in Chesterfield County, leaving behind her three young daughters. Dilma was both a mother and father figure to her two oldest daughters, and the father of the youngest is the one who took her away from us. Our family is devastated and facing challenges we never imagined.

The girls have lost not only their mom, but also their home, as it is not a place they can return to. Right now, they are staying with their aunt in a small two-bedroom house, along with additional family members. While we are grateful for the support, it has been difficult to provide the space and stability the girls need during this time.

We are asking for your support to help us cover the costs of funeral services here, so the girls can say goodbye to their mom. Both services have costs that we cannot collect in full as a family. Additional funds will help us rent a larger home for the girls and their family, and cover rent and food expenses as we adjust to this new reality. Donations will also help provide essentials for the girls as they begin to rebuild their lives.

We weren’t ready for this loss, and these are hard times for our family. Work has been slow, and we don’t have much money, which is why we’re reaching out for help.
