My name is Digit Murphy, and I’ve been a steadfast leader in women's sports and advocacy for women's leadership for many years. I champion a circular model in sports: women start by learning and growing through sports at the youth level, evolve into outstanding college and pro athletes, and ultimately become the decision-makers in their sports careers.

I’ve created this page because I believe women deserve a seat at the table in sports, whether in ownership or leadership roles, especially in women's sports. The recent surge in professional women's sports and the rising fandom for women's NCAA sports have captivated fans worldwide.

While we're seeing tremendous growth and performance among female athletes, women still lag behind in leadership and business roles. It's time to change that.
