Hello, I'm Diego Savino, I'm 19 years old and I'm asking for help funding my first semester of college. I'm an immigrant and because of that my college is charging me out of state tuition fees, which I can't afford to pay by myself. My mom is widow and she takes care of both me and my little brother, at the same time as she works hard every day just to be able to maintain the three of us. I plan on majoring in graphic design and I have been trying to start college for over a year at this point, but because of my situation I have not been able to yet.

I'm really passionate about art and even though I have tried to make some profit out of it by myself, it is really rough. I applied to TASFA but was temporarily denied and told that because of a new law that was implemented not too long ago, which not only makes it harder for students to get approved for financial aid, but it also makes it harder for them to find a source of financial aid in the first place. I haven't had any luck with scolarships either, and I've applied to several jobs but never get hired.

I would really appreciate every single cent that is given to me to be able to fund my studies, and that way finally be able to start studying again.
