Support Diego Chavez in Replacing Stolen Equipment

Hello, my name is Matt Zilz and I am a teacher and football coach at Taft High School in Chicago. I am raising funds to help replace equipment one of our students had stolen. Diego Chavez came to us as a freshman and tried his hand at football. After realizing the game was not for him and taking some time to work on his grades, Diego returned this past Spring to ask if he could work with the team as a social media intern/team photographer. Diego put together some initial footage for our football lift a thon fundraiser and we were excited to bring him on. Diego decided to spend his summer building a business to provide additional support to his family and give himself a broader portfolio by venturing outside of the school and pursuing additional opportunities. Diego has been doing food shoots for local restaurants, real estate shoots and so much more. Unfortunately after stopping for a bite to eat with his brother after their latest photo shoot, his car was broken into. The thieves stole all of his equipment which is not being covered by insurance. We hope to raise funds to help replace his stolen items and give him a chance to continue his passion and help rebuild his business.
