Support Dianne's Recovery Journey
Donation protected
I am hoping to help out Dianne Bridges with some community support. She and a friend were run down after leaving a show at the Oriental Theatre on November 15, 2024. They were crossing the street, and a car intentionally sped up and swerved to hit her and her friend she was with, and then sped off. Dianne was thrown 30 feet after being hit and sustained severe injuries, including a broken hip and pelvis, along with multiple scrapes, scratches, and bruises. She had emergency surgery on Saturday, November 16th, to put pins/rods in her hip and then had another surgery on Monday, November 18th, to put pins/rods in her pelvic area. Her friend flew off the hood of the car and sustained a broken wrist and knee injury. Dianne currently remains at Froedtert Hospital while she heals and then will be moved to a rehab facility so that they can hopefully get her back to walking again. Dianne has always been a person to reach out to others in need, and now she is the person in need. She will be out of work for some time because of this, and if the pelvic area does not heal correctly, she may be looking at a hip replacement, which will put her off of work even longer. If you are so inclined to do so, any little donation will help her with the medical bills she will be incurring throughout this horrible ordeal.
