We are a group of United Methodist Churches affiliated together as the Eastern Orange Cooperative Parish in Orange County, New York. Our pastors are Rev. Carlos Figueroa, Rev. Wilfredo Tangunan, and Pastor Ross Topliff.

We are asking for donations to help pay for ongoing care at the Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, New York. The situation is this: Dianne Arrao has been suffering from cancer for many years and has recently been an in-patient at Hospice, but her medical insurance has run out. She is unable to be cared for at home and benefits greatly from the compassionate care she receives in the Hospice facility.

The funds raised will be deposited in the Parish bank account and will be paid directly to her medical bills. Each day costs $505 and provides Dianne with "compassionate physical, emotional, and spiritual end-of-life care, with comfort, dignity, and respect" as described in the Kaplan Mission Statement.

Your donation, no matter how small, when combined with others, will allow Dianne to receive much-needed care.
