In Loving Memory of Dianne Cleaver – Funeral Fund
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dianne Cleaver, a beloved mother, sister, and friend. Dianne passed peacefully in her sleep on December 1st, 2024, while in the loving care of her daughters back in Ridgecrest, CA. She was 68 years old.
Dianne was known for her radiant smile, her infectious humor, and her kind, compassionate nature. Many of us remember her as one of Ridgecrest’s finest bartenders, always welcoming with warmth and joy at DJ’s Pub. But above all, Dianne was a devoted mother to her five children; Amy Downy, Melissa Henderson, Amanda Cleaver, Kristin Yates and Theo Lee, whom she cherished deeply. Her resilience, courage, and love for her family will always be remembered.
In 2018, Dianne was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, but she faced the challenge with strength and determination. In 2023, after ringing the cancer bell to celebrate her remission, she faced another difficult battle with CAR-T treatment. Yet, Dianne never gave up. After five months of fighting, she was able to walk again, thanks to the care and love of her daughters. One of her final dreams came true when, with their help, she stood on the shores of Maui, and finally, on April 29th, she walked down to the beach on her own, a testament to her resilience. Dianne gained strength and was able to live her final months surrounded by family and close friends, fulfilling her dream of living by the ocean in Maui.
Her legacy of strength and love will continue to inspire all who knew her.
As we mourn this profound loss, we are also focused on giving Dianne the memorial she deserves. The funeral costs and final expenses are significant, and we are asking for any support you can offer during this difficult time. Your donations will help cover funeral and burial expenses, allowing Dianne's family to focus on remembering her beautiful life and celebrating the legacy she leaves behind.
We know that Dianne touched many lives, and we are deeply grateful for any contributions you can make. Your kindness will help honor her memory and provide comfort to her children and family as they navigate this loss.
Thank you for your love, support, and generosity.
