Dear, friends, family, and all who have been supporting our family over the past 4 weeks. Many have asked how they can support her further recovery and transportation cost so we’ve set this up for those who feel led to give in this way.

Contributions will go towards any out-of-pocket medical care costs.

You may have heard that mom (Diane) had an intracranial bleed and an arteriovenous fistula on February 4th and has been in the ICU in Palm Springs area ever since. These conditions required 2 brain surgeries followed by several scans, tests, blood work, tracheotomy, PEG tube placement, and more.

Dad (Mark) was able to secure medical air transportation for Monday, March 3rd. The medical flight is unfortunately not covered by insurance and is an out of pocket expense of about $30,000.

Mom will be transferred to a specialty hospital in Portland, Oregon which will accrue more out of pocket expenses for the family.

She has been fighting and working so hard and we all remain hopeful for her recovery through rehabilitation and therapy.

Mom has a spark and zest for life! She’s the kinda gal who has never met a stranger. She embraces all with open arms and love. We know that she will continue to fight and work towards recovery, what ever that may look like.
