As neighbors of Diane Lewis, we are calling on friends, family, neighbors and extended members of the community to come together to help her in a big way during a horrifying time of loss.

On Friday, February 27th, 2026, she woke up to find her house on fire. Tragically, as a result of the fire, Diane lost her husband, Tom, chihuahua, Avery, and a house where she built her home and raised her two sons, Ben and Sam.

There is no amount that can bring back a beloved husband of more than 40 years, a cherished dog, or even the home that was so much more than a house for just under 40 years. Unfortunately, even in all the heartache and grief that will linger, there are also many expenses that will ensue. The total of these expenses are not yet known, however, between funeral and medical expenses incurred, replacement of furnishings, housewares, and clothing, and the transition of closing up a past home and beginning a new life with many unknowns, the financial costs will be impacting to say the least.

Keep in mind, the total expenses are currently unknown, and the goal may increase accordingly. Please join us in helping reduce this burden, and show some love as we come along side Diane Lewis during this time of grieving.
