To my friends and family, this year has been incredibly difficult for my mom. After losing her job as a vocalist and battling months of severe illness, she was hospitalized and diagnosed with a rare chronic autoimmune disease on top of the two conditions she already manages. Her health has declined to the point where she can no longer work, and her income has completely stopped. She’s struggling to cover basic living expenses, medical bills, and the treatment she needs to regain stability and care for our family.
