Happy New Year everyone!

My name is Diana, and I'm reaching out during one of the most challenging times in my life. After suffering a knee injury, I lost my job as an elementary school Speech Language Pathologist and have been unemployed for several months. The recovery process has been slow, and despite my best efforts to find new work, the bills have continued to pile up. My roommate and I have gotten evicted, and it's been overwhelming trying to keep up with affording bills and daily essentials while getting back up on our feet.

I'm asking for help to cover our rent, a deposit on a new apartment room, and basic needs like food and bills for the next two months. We’re also currently looking for a new room to sublease in NYC, so if anyone has recommendations, we would be so grateful. Your support will help me keep a roof over our heads and give us the stability we need to get back on our feet. Every donation will help us find our footing this 2026.
