“For the LORD loveth judgment, And forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.”
Psalm 37:28 KJV
My name is Diamond, and I’m raising funds to continue my legal fight against wrongful termination and religious discrimination after being removed from my job for requesting a reasonable accommodation to honoring the Sabbath. As a mother, a believer, and a hard-working professional, I never imagined standing alone in this battle — but I believe with community support, I don’t have to.
On Dec 16, 2025 my mother in law suffered a life changing stroke which caused for my husband to return to Washington DC while I entered back into the workforce. After requesting a religious accommodation to honor the Shabbat I was removed from over 63 shifts with a professional staffing company. Not only was I dismissed, but I was retaliated against for standing up for my rights. I’ve taken this case to arbitration, submitted my evidence, and I am preparing to hold this company accountable.
But I cannot do this alone.
Your support will help me find a reputable employment lawyer and cover:
- Legal consultations
- Unforeseen legal fees
Every donation — no matter how small — brings me closer to justice and ensures employers can’t silence faith-based voices through retaliation. If you can’t give, please share and pray that AHBA’s will be done.
Thank you for standing with me.
