Support Dhiraj Shingare's Final Journey Home

Support for MS Electrical Engg Student Dhiraj Shingare & Family.

We are heartbroken to share the news of the sudden passing of our dear friend, Dhiraj Shingare. Dhiraj was a bright and talented student at the University of Texas at Arlington, with a future full of promise.

Unfortunately, Dhiraj's life was tragically cut short. Despite his impressive abilities and achievements, Dhiraj struggled with significant stress and challenges which led to his untimely passing in Arlington, Texas on July 24, 2024. The loss of such a promising and cherished individual has deeply saddened all of us and his family.

We are now faced with the difficult task of sending his body to India for his final rites. The expenses involved in transporting Dhiraj's body back to India are substantial, and we are seeking support from our community during this difficult time. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in assisting us in giving Dhiraj the farewell he deserves.

We are rallying together with the support of the Indian consulate, Maharashtra Mandal Texas to facilitate the process of transporting Dhiraj’s remains back home. The expenses for air cargo and the necessary formalities amount to approximately $14000 USD. We humbly appeal to your generosity and compassion to assist in raising the required funds to cover these expenses.
