My name is Sherri and I am trying to help a dear friend by raising money to help her dog Dexter get back on his paws.

Dexter is a sweet, playful 5-year-old dog who brings joy and companionship to his owner every single day. Like many happy dogs, Dexter loves running around the yard, chasing squirrels and enjoying life. Unfortunately, during one of those playful moments, Dexter ran after an animal and seriously injured his leg.

After a visit to the veterinarian, we learned that Dexter has a torn ACL and needs surgery to repair it. Without the surgery, Dexter will continue to be in pain and may struggle to walk normally. The procedure will help him heal properly and give him the chance to run, play, and live a comfortable life again.

Dexter’s owner recently retired, and the unexpected cost of this surgery has created a financial challenge, but Dexter is not just a pet—he is family and a beloved companion.

We are hoping to raise funds to help cover Dexter’s surgery, veterinary care, and recovery. Any donation, big or small, will go directly toward helping Dexter get the treatment he needs.
