Dewayne Prim has always been the provider for his household, working hard to make sure his family is cared for. Recently, Dewayne received the devastating news that he has stage 3 head and neck cancer. This diagnosis has turned his world upside down, leaving him unable to work and without any income. As a close friend, I’ve seen firsthand how much stress this has put on Dewayne and his loved ones. They are now facing the overwhelming challenge of keeping up with basic bills while Dewayne focuses on his treatment and recovery.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward helping Dewayne and his family cover essential expenses like utilities, groceries, and transportation to and from the hospital. Cancer treatment is not only physically and emotionally draining, but it also brings unexpected costs that can quickly add up. By easing the financial burden, we hope to give Dewayne the peace of mind he needs to concentrate on getting better and eventually returning to work.
