Support De'Vontae's Journey to Nationals in Philadelphia

My name is Kenny Helmes and I am raising funds for a once in a lifetime opportunity for a very talented young man. I have coached De'Vontae (Deh-Vee-On-Tae) Hillman for 2 years now and he has risen to success at an amazing speed! Last year in his first ever track & field season he took 2nd place at the Oregon 5A State Championships in the triple jump and was a State Qualifier in the long jump as well. This year in his senior season he has shattered our schools records and is currently ranked #1 in 5A State in the long jump (23+ feet) and triple jump (47+ feet) As of 5/3/25 he is #2 in the entire state of Oregon and #88 in the entire country! In doing so he's qualified for the New Balance Nationals Championships in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this summer. He competed at the Nike Outdoor National Championships last summer (after only competing for a couple months) and placed 14th. He's come back even stronger and shown he can compete on the biggest stage. This trip is also about more than sports. As an athlete and coach I know first hand the value that sports can have and the doors they can open. The places they can take you. De'Vontae has committed to play football at a local university next year and will continue his athletic & academic pursuits. Please help us support getting De'Vontae to Philadelphia this summer as he continues to reach for the stars and keep expanding his horizons using his talents and hard work. We greatly appreciate it!
