We never imagined we would be here, but today we’re asking for help for someone who has spent his life doing everything he could to stand on his own.

Devin is 42 years old and nearing the end of an 11-year battle with a devastating and deeply painful sarcoma. Through it all, he has remained fiercely independent, determined, and devoted above all else to his three teenage boys—Isaac, Isaiah, and Eli.

If you know Devin, you know how hard it is for him to ask for anything. That’s what makes this moment so heavy. His decision to start this fundraiser says more than words ever could—he has run out of time and resources, and he wants to leave this world knowing his family won’t carry unnecessary burdens after he’s gone.

Devin’s final wish is simple, but urgent:

He wants to make sure everything is taken care of.

He hopes to:

• Cover funeral and end-of-life expenses

• Prepare his gravesite beside his late father, which currently requires the removal of a tree

• Ease the financial strain on his mother, who left her job years ago to become his full-time caregiver

• Provide some level of support and stability for his boys as they face life without their dad
