Devin’s family is asking for support after Devin was critically injured in a sudden accident and is now fighting to recover in the ICU.

On Thursday March 5, Devin was seriously injured in a severe car accident and had to be extracted from the vehicle by emergency responders before being flown to the hospital.

He underwent emergency surgery to stop life-threatening internal bleeding. Surgeons were able to control the bleeding and remove his spleen. Devin also suffered multiple spinal fractures and other internal injuries. He is currently in the ICU on a ventilator while doctors continue monitoring him and determining the next steps in his treatment.

Devin has made it through the first critical night, but he still faces a long road to recovery with multiple additional surgeries, intensive care, and rehabilitation ahead.

Devin is only 31 years old and is deeply loved by his family and friends. He is also the father of a beautiful 4 year old daughter, Octavia, who adores him as much as he adores her. Right now, Devin’s family is focused on staying by his side and supporting him as he fights to recover.

During this time, Devin’s wife Courtney will be the sole caretaker for their family while also remaining close to the hospital. As they face the uncertainty of a long recovery, they will need financial support to help cover medical expenses, daily living costs, and the many unexpected challenges that come with a situation like this.
