Deven Wilson is still in the fight of his life and urgently needs help!
You may remember the GoFundMe for Deven from about two years ago. Since then, his battle against a rare autoimmune disease, accompanied by an even more rare secondary disease, has intensified. He has bravely faced terrifying medical crises, including seizures, a heart blood clot, a collapsed lung, multiple emergency room visits, and hospital stays.
Deven's most pressing need is a life-saving kidney transplant.
Currently, his condition demands exhaustive kidney dialysis three times a week, requiring early morning, multi-hour sessions accompanied by his parents, Tina and Robb. This essential treatment often leaves him exhausted and sick, yet he manages to continue his senior year at Shaler High School and still works a few hours a week at Stamoolis Brothers.
While finding a compatible kidney donor is the priority (information on pre-screening is available on his website and Facebook page), the financial strain can be overwhelming. Please consider helping with the ongoing, mounting expenses and massive loss of normal work focus as his parents dedicate their focus and attention to Deven's care. Here are his sites to learn more about his story and or pre-screening to considering being a donor;
