Support Desperately Needed for Samantha’s New Start

I'm raising money to get me through a temporary gap in earnings until I can establish my personal training services again.

I was blindsided by absolutely no notice to this change until the day before it occurred, and therefore I've had no means to prepare for this transition.

These funds will go to pay my bills and startup expenses with my new position.

I have been training and working at my local hometown gym for over 3 years now. Recently, our gym was sold to a new owner, a good friend. Sadly my friend was not aware of the repairs and expenses that awaited him and so has had to change my pay from a base rate to commission. The good news is that eventually, this will provide more income for me, but I have to be able to survive while I rebuild my personal training businesses and client base.

The reason this has become an emergency is because the previous owner only provided me with a days notice of this change. I have had a lot of struggles with the previous owner, my pay and just being worked into the ground. I never expected anything other than a notice of when the gym sold so that I could prepare, but the old owner never honored that notice.

This came at the worse time, during the holidays, right as I needed to have my medications refilled and phone bill paid. In addition to that, the previous Hurricane destruction along with this cold snap has caused damage to my electrical elements in my house and I’m having to figure out how to afford those repairs as well.

I am hopeful this is a temporary situation and that I will be back on my feet in no time. I am hopeful this is just a growing pain in the next step of something greater. But I have to be able to survive through to the other side before I can get there. Anything would help, sharing would help, part time work or gigs would help. Prayers and well wishes would help.
