Desiree La Vey has dedicated over 15 years to the transportation industry, working as a dispatcher and planner. For the past four years, she has been a valued member of the GX3 Logistics team. As a single mother to Chelse and Nick, Desiree has always worked hard to provide for her family and support those around her.

This past year has brought unimaginable challenges for Desiree. She spent a month in the hospital battling a serious health condition, showing incredible strength and determination to recover and return to work. Just four months after her return, tragedy struck again when Desiree and her son Nick were involved in a severe roll-over accident near the New Mexico and Arizona border. Desiree was airlifted to a hospital in El Paso, where she is now facing multiple broken bones in both arms, her shoulders, and a hip, as well as internal bleeding from her spleen. She will need at least four surgeries before she can even begin the long road to recovery.

During this difficult time, Desiree is unable to work and provide for her children. The financial burden of medical bills and daily living expenses is overwhelming. We are reaching out to our community to ask for help in supporting Desiree and her family as they navigate this challenging journey.
