Desiree’s Medical Fund

Hello everyone,

We are beginning this fundraiser for our beloved Desiree Mendieta, who is in a really tough spot right now. About a month ago, she started feeling unwell, and things quickly escalated. She’s been diagnosed with sepsis, and despite several hospital visits and two procedures, the doctors still don’t have a clear answer on what’s causing it. It is not certain how much longer she may require treatment and she is currently not able to walk on her own.

Desiree is typically very strong, in great spirits, and on the go, so seeing her in pain and in the hospital is really hard on all of us. She’s also a caretaker of three children, and with all the hospital visits, she hasn’t been able to work.

We’re asking for your help to cover her medical bills and everyday expenses so she can focus on getting better and being there for her kids. Any donation, big or small, would be greatly appreciated and make a huge difference.
