"Goodbyes hurt the most, when the story was not finished"

My name is Keith, and I’m reaching out during an unimaginably difficult moment. Just days ago, we lost a close family friend, Gabriel Starks. His passing was sudden, unexpected, and has left all of us heartbroken. He was a devoted husband, and a loyal friend. He will be deeply, deeply missed.

What makes this loss even more devastating is that his wife, Desiree, is currently pregnant with their first child—a baby boy who will never get the chance to meet his father. While grieving this tremendous loss, she will likely be facing significant medical bills, and the overwhelming reality of preparing to bring their son into the world without him.

I’m creating this fundraiser to help ease some of the financial burden she now carries. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly to Desiree to help cover medical expenses and provide support to her as she navigates a future without Gabe.
