Nothing could have prepared us for the loss of my brother Derrick Gray and I appreciate you taking the time to read my story. This is my big brother Derrick Gray. He is the eldest brother and heart and soul of my small family. Due to neglect and poor care while admitted at Holy Cross Hospital, my brother lost his life.

As we come to terms with Derrick's passing, we are faced with the difficult task of arranging his final farewell. We want to give him the dignified and heartfelt send-off he deserves, but unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral expenses is overwhelming for our family during this already challenging time.
