Support Derick's Artistic Journey in Greece

I was offered a Fellowship at Mudhouse Residency.

The Mudhouse Residency is located in Agios Ioannis, Crete, Greece. The full cost to attend the residency is $4,200. There were over 400 applications for two full ride Fellowships. I was offered a full fellowship to attend the residency. I’m looking to fundraise funds for the airfare, art supplies, and partial loss of income to sustain my return to New York post residency. At the end of the residency there will also be an exhibition.

I have experience attending Artist Residencies in the United States, but have not had an opportunity to create work in another country.

I see this a new journey in my artistic practice.

The current dates for the residency are June 15th-30th. I’ve decided to crowd fund because, I don't want to let this opportunity pass me by. Anything would be greatly appreciated, thank you for your time considering contributing.
