On February 27th, 2025, Deputy Harry McConnell with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office was involved in a tragic head-on collision with a DUI driver while on duty. As a result, Harry has sustained extensive injuries and will face a long road to recovery, requiring prolonged rehabilitation. Harry is not only a dedicated public servant but also a beloved friend and colleague who always goes above and beyond to serve the citizens of Greenville County.
