Support Deputy Dalton Swanger and Family

Dear Community and Friends,

We humbly reach out to you today to support Knox County's dedicated Deputy Dalton Swanger, who is currently receiving critical care at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. On the night of June 21, 2025, Deputy Swanger bravely responded to a 911 call on Stanley Road, only to face an attack that left him injured.

During the incident, Deputy Swanger was assaulted by the suspect, struck with a large rock or brick, leaving him in a critical condition. Now, as he works towards recovery, he and his family need our prayers, support, and assistance.

Blue Line Tennessee has set up this GoFundMe to help alleviate the financial burden due to unable to work his second jobs, family missing work and unforeseen expenses. Deputy Swanger has dedicated his life to protecting our community, and now it's our turn to stand by him and his loved ones in their time of need.
