Support Deputy Chief Elisa Folsom's Cancer Battle

We are rallying around our fearless leader and dear friend, Deputy Chief Elisa Folsom, as she faces one of the biggest battles of her life.

Elisa has spent her entire career serving and protecting others with unmatched courage, compassion, and dedication. As our Fire Department’s Deputy Chief, she has led with strength, empathy, and a selfless heart- always putting the needs of her community and the department before her own. Now it’s our turn to be there for her.

Elisa has been diagnosed with liposarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. She has begun a grueling chemotherapy regimen that requires her to travel to Boston for treatment. Each session she will need to stay there three days and these visits will be frequent and intense. Unfortunately the cost of hotel stays, travel, meals, and related expenses will quickly add up. Boston accommodations, especially near medical centers, are extremely costly and these financial burdens are the last thing Elisa should have to worry about while fighting for her health.
