This is Denver, the most loving and happy dog some have ever met. She is always full of life and exciting for everything, especially fetching her ball. Denver fell ill Sunday night, and was the complete opposite.. she was very lethargic and barely would respond to her name. This morning I reached out to the vet explaining her symptoms and our vet told us to come in right away.

After being examined our vet only gave me one option to save her life and that was emergency surgery. Denver had developed pyometra (which is a life threatening infection in the uterus) she said she needed to undergo a hysterectomy or the infection would lead to sepsis which would be fatal. I told our care team to do whatever they had to do to save her life. As someone who can't have kids, she my baby and I have no idea what I would do without her. I could not stand to see her in pain any longer and trusted God to hold her in his loving embrace. I knew He would guide the surgeons hands as they did everything to save her life.

By His grace, Denver made it out of surgery beautifully and is on the journey to recovery.

Unfortunately, her Mom hasn't been doing well financially.. not going into too much detail I am just getting out of an abusive relationship and have been relocated my whole life and we have been struggling. Although I trust God to lead us through this, this has wiped out my whole account. I hate asking for help but I have no idea what else to do. I am asking for some assistance to help pay off this medical bill and just get by. All support would go toward her healthy dog food and supplies for her upkeep on this healing journey along with her medical bill for the surgery.. I know these are very tough times for everyone right now so just know any support given is great appreciated and would mean the absolute world to us.
