On what started as an ordinary workday in New Jersey, tragedy struck. While working hard to provide for his family, Dennis a devoted husband and father of four was caught in a devastating accident when the back of his truck exploded. He suffered life-threatening burns to over 50% of his body and is now receiving intensive care in one of the best burn units in New Jersey.

Dennis is the definition of a family man — hardworking, dedicated, and always putting his wife and children first. His business and his labor have always been the backbone of his home, and now, in an instant, that stability has been shaken.

The road ahead is going to be long and incredibly difficult. Doctors expect Dennis to remain in the hospital for at least two months. His wife will be taking a leave from her job to care for their four young children and to travel back and forth from their home to the hospital. On top of overwhelming medical bills, the costs of tolls, gas, childcare, and everyday living expenses are quickly adding up.
