Hello everyone i am creating this for my brother, Dennis Dutra,in hopes it can help him. Unfortunately he has end stage heart failure and chronic COPD,sadly he is currently homeless and lives in his vehicle in the FL heat which is often around 100°,with his service dog (Athena) in FL,he has limited income being on disability.We have tried all resources to get him help,its sad that there is no resources to help terminally ill,he has limited time and waitlists for affordable housing for him is very long.We hate that his last days will be spent in a hot vehicle and that he can at least be somewhat comfortable.If anyone can give anything or just share we would be grateful, it can ensure a hotel room at least,food for him and Athena and gas so he can get around,at least to the beaches where its cooler out.
