My name is Amylisa, and I am reaching out on behalf of my brother, Dennis Requierme.

Just recently, Dennis suffered a mild stroke that left him with sudden blurred vision and vertigo. It was a terrifying moment for our family, and doctors confirmed that his heart condition is the root cause. He urgently needs open-heart surgery to prevent another, possibly more severe, stroke and to give him a real chance at recovery.

Dennis has always been a caring, hardworking, and selfless person. He never asks for help for himself, but today, he needs us all. The costs for surgery, treatment, and recovery are far beyond what our family can handle alone.
