Dear friends, family, and compassionate strangers,
It is with heavy hearts that we reach out to you today for support. My brother, Dennis, a devoted fiancé, father, and hardworking union carpenter, has recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. This diagnosis has turned his life—and the lives of his loved ones—upside down.
At first, it was the early stages. He had undergone surgery to remove part of his pancreas along with his spleen. Within 2 weeks of that surgery, he ended up with an infection. Then is when we found out that he has stage 3 pancreatic cancer. He will be starting chemo very soon and maybe radiation.
Dennis has always been the kind of man who works tirelessly to provide for his family, often putting in long hours on the job to support his loved ones. He’s a proud union carpenter who takes pride in building things that last, much like the love and care he has always shown to his family. Now, as he fights this challenging disease, he needs our help to focus on his health and recovery without the added worry of mounting medical bills and lost wages.
As a father of six, fiancé, caregiver to his father, and an avid motorcycle rider, Dennis has touched countless lives with his kindness, generosity, and dedication. He would never ask for help himself, but in this moment of hardship, we want to rally together as a community to give back to him.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly towards his medical expenses, treatment costs, and supporting his family during this difficult time. Your generous contributions will not only provide financial relief but also serve as a reminder to Dennis that he is not alone in this fight.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. Additionally, if you're unable to contribute financially, sharing this campaign and sending words of encouragement are also greatly appreciated. Furthermore, a benefit will be held for Dennis, and if you would like the details, feel free to contact me. Please do not feel obligated to do either or both for that matter.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, prayers, and generosity. Together, we can help Dennis stay strong as he faces this challenging journey.
With gratitude,
Ducsay Family
